Allergies and Allergic Disorders
Allergies are one of the most common health problems reported today and can cause a number of reactions from mild symptoms such as a stuffy nose or hives, to severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing or major body shock.
Fortunately, allergies are rarely life-threatening, but for a person suffering with an allergy the symptoms can seriously disrupt their day-to-day quality of life.
Allergic disorders are responsible for many days off of school and work and although research on allergies has been carried out there are still many aspects of these disorders which are not fully understood.
However, with understanding, treatment and modern methods it is possible to help people with allergies live healthy and normal lives.
